Upon completion of each course the student is required by the South Dakota Real Estate Commission to complete the course affidavit and the course evaluation. LINK TO FORMS |

Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.

Once the student purchases the course, the student has ONE year to complete the program.

At the time of registration for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the student will receive an e-mail from Dearborn's RECampus, verifying the student's registration.

These On-Line courses do not require additional textbook support and NO additional course material is needed.

Each of the courses have reading comprehension quizzes, interactive work and exams that measure student understanding of the material. The end of course exam requires an 80%. If not passed, the student can retake the exam.

Once the student completes the course the student must fill out the required forms and fax them to 1-866-280-5948.

Once the school receives the forms, the South Dakota Real Estate Commission will be notified of the completion within 10 days and a copy of the certificate will be mailed to the student for their records.

This course is totally web based. The course is not downloadable. The student can work through the course at the student's convenience.
