South Dakota Continuing Education Requirement:

Licensee must take 24 hours on continuing education with at least 12 hours in the required subject matter.

Information the student needs to know before registering for any one of these courses:

Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
Once the student purchases the course, the student has ONE year to complete the program.
At the time of registration for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the student will receive an e-mail from Dearborn's RECampus, verifying the student's registration.
These On-Line courses do not require additional textbook support and NO additional course material is needed.
Each of the courses have reading comprehension quizzes, interact work and exams that measure student understanding of the material.
Once the student completes the course the student must fill out the required forms and fax them to 1-866-280-5948.
Once the school receives the forms, the South Dakota Real Estate Commission will be notified of the completion within 10 days and a copy of the certificate will be mailed to the student for their records.
This course is totally web based. The course is not downloadable. The student can work through the course at the student's convenience.
This course is NOT designed to be printed for security purposes and copyright regulations.
